They reject checks that are literally $100 because my married name was used instead of my maiden name. While I endorsed these items with both names, it's never enough and is often rejected. If you didn't use the exact phrase that they prefer in the endorsement, it's immediately deleted. They won't let me deposit checks for my minor child into my account. Customer service has become confused and indignant. There are now long wait times and no one seems to care at all. I used to rave about my experience at PSECU but not anymore. Many of my family members have experienced the same treatment. Being treated like a criminal instead of a loyal customer. Never again...

It's STILL not filed (Jan of 2026) and I don't even know if he has filed the extension that he claims he did. He continually over promises and under delivers, doesn't respond to messages, cancels meetings and dodges my phone calls. Not only is this guy unprofessional, he may be a scammer. I would avoid him at ALL COSTS. This dude has wasted countless hours of my life and still, OVER 1 YEAR LATER, has not filed my taxes. See the attached correspondence if you don't believe me.
