Ever had your filed taxes questioned??? I haven't either until I went to THIS company!!
After being charged just as much (without the guarantee) as an H&R Block, Liberty, etc., I was thoroughly disappointed in not only how my family was handled professionally, but also personally by the owner himself, Jason Grunden.
When reviewing our taxes prior to filing, like any other intelligent person, you would be inclined to ask questions. If dealing with Mr. Grunden, please refrain from doing so. He will take it personally against his ego and his degree and begin to disrespect you and imply that you should not be asking questions and to do so is moronic. He refused to speak to my husband as much as possible at that point and refused to even shake his hand.
I would not normally start a yelp.com account just for being treated so poorly, but when my taxes were being called into question by a certain government agency, not only did he not notify us of the issue, he did not even bother addressing the issue. When I eventually started asking questions, he stated it was no longer his responsibility to deal with my taxes and that his sole purpose was only to file them.
When contacting the government agency and explaining to them that the CPA they had been contacting about my taxes was refusing to respond with their requested information, they explained to me that this was not the norm and I should seek a less corrupt option for the following year.
So, the bottom line here is that if you want to have ZERO confidence in your finances and taxes being well taken of, he's your man. read more
