Like sometimes I pay a few days after my due date then I will show on my account the money has literally processed onto the account like not pending and then I'll get an email 3-5 days later says I'm Past due and you login and your and it is current. It's just not as user friendly in general it logs you to like another website to view statements etc. As someone that has literally 10 car auto loans currently at this moment this is by far the worst just to deal with in general I would never work with them again. Plus they aren't in my area of western Pennsylvania so you can't physically visit.
