This company is run by quiet quitters, which in normal circumstances I would state I'd rather…read moreradical, but the truth of the matter is that it's on its last legs. One of the primary reasons for this, is due to the staff. As isoften the case, the people that latch on to the company like leeches are the ones who are often the worst. The people here do NOT seem happy in the slightest to be doing their jobs. The Clerical side in particular, is run by a woman who hates seems to hate existing as much as she will hate you. Often using terms such as "these people" when referring to African American visitors. They also tend to make fun of the people who come in, whether it's their appearance, their grammar, or any other aspect of you that doesn't prove to be profitable for them. They also are not looking to HELP you, they are looking to fill jobs based on their contracts. I can't speak for the industrial side, but the administrative side is a nightmare. No one here will want to help you or see you thrive, they just want to fill their quota and go home. Try elsewhere for your own well-being.

The young woman who came to my house to give me the initial quote was very professional and also a very likable person. I was so impressed by our brief conversation on the phone that I knew the in person interview would go over very well. Each year, I would look up at our home and see more green ick on the siding and think, "That's so…read moreskanky. We need to do something about that." Then I'd hang my head in shame and see how atrocious the patio looked too. Eww. Thank goodness we finally reached out to Brandy and Adam to give us an estimate and get an appointment in the books. I'm thankful for their flexibility and that they we're able to move our appointment around to accommodate our ever changing schedule with getting our home on the market. Then throw in the social distancing...basically they handled it like pros. Go figure, they're former military so they more than get it! Normally, I'd be at home to ensure everything went smoothly, maybe keep a watchful eye...okay keep a watchful eye but I was totally comfortable with my husband being the "point person" for this job. All that to say, we're kind up to our ears in painting and prepping the home and we TRUST these guys to do a great job...and they did. No helicopter mom skills needed! I was shocked at how clean they got everything, like I said it was skanky. I highly recommend them and I'm going to add their business to the list of preferred companies we worked with to get our house selling for top dollar dollar bill, ya'll.

Lindsey did a good job cleaning, but it is not what I call a deep cleaning. In my opinion, the price she charged was too high for the work that was completed. To me, during a deep clean, the furniture and items on tables are moved, shelves and pictures get dusted, etc. None of this was done. Additionally, simple items were left unattended - a bathroom mirror, stairs, bathroom countertops, etc. On the positive side, Lindsey was punctual, hard-working and personable. She did an outstanding job cleaning the kitchen cabinets and the house smells great!
