Cons - Dr. Val left the clinic halfway through my Invisalign procedure, and Onsite Dental made it *extremely* hard to schedule appointments. First, they wouldn't move me to a different provider, and Dr. Val only came in one or two Fridays a month. They often reschedule on the day before or even the day of at times, and they expect you to come in at the time of their choice with absolutely no flexibility (even at 7am)! Parking around the clinic is non-existent (or inordinately expensive when available) so if you move away from the clinic, good luck to you! They also advertise their multiple locations but every other location is only accessible to employees of certain companies

I was young so I trusted them, even though this hadn't been the case for me at prior dentists. The procedures were often painful and they said I had "too many nerves in my mouth" for the novocaine to work fully. It has now been 4 years of seeing a different dentist and I have not needed a single filling in that entire time - however, they are "watching" a bunch of my prior fillings which they said were not done well, and last night one of my old fillings literally fell out of my mouth as I was flossing my teeth so I have to get that one redone. Long story short Onsite absolutely sucks and I believe they are scamming people. Obviously sometimes you need to get fillings and dental care is really important - I'm sure that you could go to Onsite for cleanings and have no issues. But I'd say get a second opinion for any procedures they recommend, especially given that there are other reviews that share my experience. In the long run having a bunch of unnecessary, poorly done fillings is bad for your dental health. I'm just so mad that they essentially damaged my teeth for no reason other than to make some extra money.
