The hygienist, Colleen, was incredibly friendly and thorough throughout the entire appointment, explaining everything she was doing as she went. I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes to see Dr. Wyse and he provided a few quick recommendations to address some of my concerns. Would recommend this dentist office to all.

After many efforts to whiten I contacted Wyse to schedule an appointment to have the crowns whitened. I was told at that time they could not be whiten. Everyone strives for white teeth. Why would any dentist with ethics place yellow teeth in anyone's mouth? I am stuck with yellow teeth for the rest of my life unless I am willing to pay an additional $5,000.00 to have these yellow ones replaced. He was sent to prompt care for antibiotics & an appt was made for the Tuesday the following week as no dentist were in. Then when he went to his appt they sent him a prescription and re booked a week later (today). We had to call to remind them to send the script the first round. Then today they removed his tooth and didn't send a script for anything yet again. So we called at 1:20pm, left a message. No return call just a text saying that we need to call to have it sent in?! He has the chills and feels like he could vommit 12hours after the procedure. No relief no response no care or human decency left at the this business. DON'T USE this quack of a dental office you would be better off going to strip mall type of office! Zero stars forced to put one.

One of the few places in town that does these procedures, and they don't work with the major carrier of most people in the town. Even out of network I didn't expect them to charge FOUR TIMES the average price for this procedure. When asked if they'd work with me, they essentially said "you shoulda read the fine print". They knew the insurance company I had, woulda been easy for them ahead of time to say "You'll owe $1000, of this $1177", that did not happen... Unfortunately these guys are not on par with the actual costs, make sure you find a place that is in network.

As a new patient I went in for a dental exam, and to see about a cleaning. I waited for a little…read morebit as I filled out my paperwork, and did try my best to arrive on time but traffic wouldn't permit. As I walked in, I was greeted by two front desk ladies who looked very happy to be there and one of them greeted me right away. I told them I had an appointment, and had to give them my photo ID, and insurance card along with filling out paperwork. Typical doctor/dentist stuff, yeah? I waited probably 10 mins or less to be taken back to get x-rays done by a dental assistant. After that, I waited maybe 5-10 mins just to see the actual dentist who did a quick exam/look which wasn't very long at all. He stated that I for sure needed a deep cleaning. The dentist went on to explain my insurance which is Molina had to get authorization to do the deep cleaning. I am giving it a 3 star review due to how quick he looked in my mouth, and do understand waiting 2-3 weeks to be seen for a deep cleaning. I did not see a hygienist once at all, which was a bit..weird and concerning? I don't really pay mind to name tags/badges, and none of the dental staff really properly introduced themselves to me at all. I think the dentist was the only person who did. This was a bit of a weird flag for me. I always have had the hygienist look first, and then the dentist second at other practices as a kid/teenager. FINALLY: the dentist did not lecture me about brushing or flossing my teeth once. I will update this review when I go in for a deep cleaning.

They need to fire them and replace them. It takes going in the office in order to get appointment. Time to upgrade customer service. I had root canal done and my capped tooth still throbs and hurts to bite on. My filling popped off my broken tooth. And I refuse to get cap there.
