It started with a Groupon I bought and when I went in to use…read moreit after making an appt. she tells me she hardly gets any money for those and charged me 150.00 on top of the 99 Groupon I bought!!! She said because I did volume lashes which she discreetly disguises the name with something else. She calls it the extreme diva set for 300.00! Which she (tells) me was a volume set. I went to her several times showing her pics everytime and she kept stringing me along telling me we are getting there we will keep Adding each time. All I wanted was a volume set! I even called before I bought the initial groupon to make sure she did them and sent pics prior. I was lied to! I sat in the most uncomfortable chair for 3 hours at one of my appts. The setting was the worst. The chair is right inside the door in the middle of everyone with Jerry Springer blaring throughout the salon while people sat in the chairs in the waiting area just steps from my chair. This place is right out of the movie barbershop! Once she left me on the table while she went in the back and had lunch.. took personal calls while she's doing my lashes.. with her headset .. but still talking into my face... arguing with her son most of the time. I was recommended a new girl so I thought... ok fine I will give it a shot and saw her work and it was excellent. So I went in and this girl is the best I've ever been to. There is nobody better out there. This is top notch work! Did volume set in an hour... I was told that the last place I went to was doing classic lashes on me and both eyes were not the same. She used two dif size lashes on each eye! I was not happy since I had just paid her 100! I nicely sent her a message and asked for my money back from the last appt. she basically said hell no .. after not replying for days initially. She told me in writing (to cover her ass) that she doesn't do volume lashes!! I said wtf? I showed u pics before I ever went to you and everytime I came in and you said no problem..can't say enough bad things about this place. I'm disgusted, was ripped and lied to! I would run from this place if you are even considering it. If you want the best place in town message me. Her quality is like no other and it's taken years to finally find someone that actually does volume lashes instead of just saying they do. It takes extra certifications and classes.... I'm responding to your reply and you are completely full of it. I never asked for bundles or clusters! I showed you several pictures and u kept saying u could achieve that look and told me it would take awhile. I kept coming back to have her fix my lashes because they kept coming off!!! It took hours for her to fix as well. She does not know what she's doing I'm sorry to say. There are no excuses you could use on any of the complaints I had. Your lack of professionalism is unacceptable and you are a very dishonest biz owner. If only I could post our text messages. Just know people there is a place out there and she's the best in town and gets it done in an hour and I didn't have to get a fill for almost 4 weeks because they held up so well. I'm disgusted you handled this situation so poorly. I tried to deal with you privately but after your remarks and how you lied and squeezed every dime out of me you could u were not about to come to an agreement. I should have known when I came in with a Groupon and u told me it doesn't cover the lashes I wanted and charged me 150.00 more !!!! I'm the idiot for believing u. You complained about Groupon taking so much of the money and would have appreciated if I would have called u first so u could have kept their cut as well. SMH
