My dryer was squeaking loudly for several months. I put off repairing it for as long as I could…read moreuntil the squeaking became unbearable, so by the time I was looking for a Pro I was a bit desperate. Luckily ApplianceSOS was able to service my need right away. They had an online contact form on their website which I filled out and they called me almost immediately. They communicated their pricing model, gave me a general idea of what I could realistically expect in terms of a repair, and dispatched a technician. After, they communicated with me via text re: any subsequent updates. The Pro came within a couple of hours and diagnosed the issue pretty much right away. He was somehow able to purchase and replace 2 parts all within an hour. In the end, this costed about $109 in labor and about $50 in parts before taxes. Not exactly cheap, but fair and transparent pricing. Best of all, my dryer is fixed!

My girlfriend helps me out a lot with my files since I'm not a whiz at it or anything. Well, when I had a computer crash, she ook it to digibandit and got it back working again and was really happy about that. But all my work files were gone along with everything else. I asked my girlfriend where my files were and she said that digibandit deleted them but wasn't supposed to and that he acted like he didn't know he wasn't supposed to. My girlfriend made sure to tell him to back up all the document files because they are work files. He said he would. When it got picked up the computer was reformatted with nothing in it. Three years of work files all gone.

Scott was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in what he does. He made me feel relaxed right away, even on the phone. I was there dropping my laptop off to him and left it with him, I got a call telling me what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. When I got it back it was running like new. It cost me much less than all these big box stores plus I got a lot of advice which hopefully will save me making the same mistakes. He even had time to check an issue I had with my phone and ipad emails. If you want someone you can trust and explains things simply this is who you call.

I went to them after getting a quote from another local company, only to find out that I didnt need all the work I had been told and only cost me less than half. The service I received was quick and exactly what I was told. When I called I was told there was a diagnostic fee, but when that was completed if I wanted to have the work done, that fee is waived. There were no surprises, no calls saying that now it was this or that wrong. A very up front efficient business. My company have been using this service now and they have our network and all our software running smoothly. Staff love the guy, so positive, always smiling and nothing is a big problem, makes it look like you could do it yourself and always happy to give advice.
