My girlfriend helps me out a lot with my files since I'm not a whiz at it or anything. Well, when I had a computer crash, she ook it to digibandit and got it back working again and was really happy about that. But all my work files were gone along with everything else. I asked my girlfriend where my files were and she said that digibandit deleted them but wasn't supposed to and that he acted like he didn't know he wasn't supposed to. My girlfriend made sure to tell him to back up all the document files because they are work files. He said he would. When it got picked up the computer was reformatted with nothing in it. Three years of work files all gone.

(Update) I was contacted by the manager after writing this review, and he told me the repair warranty was a year and the return warranty was two weeks, which was spent in the packaging. Anyway, they sent my laptop over to their repair center, and it came back with a new drive, but was still crashing... I'm going to send it back, soon. Maybe they misunderstood something.
