At the beginning of our search we listed our "must haves" and what we would consider "nice to have but not a must". Ben understood what we were looking for and certainly did not waste our time (or his!) with houses/locations we certainly would not be interested in. His responsiveness, professionalism and communication not only helped with the logistics of buying a new home but also made us feel comfortable and secure. Ben kept us abreast of the whole transaction without us having to even ask him to do so. We highly recommend Ben to anyone in need of an agent because we know that they will be taken care of!

Not only did she manage to sell our home for more than my next door neighbor, but was able to negotiate with the buyers for LESS credit at closing the table, all while the buyers kept pushing for way more unreasonably. She helped with clean out resources, and other networks. Whenever we needed anything in the process, she was there to help and that was by far an outstanding unique quality of hers compared to others that prolong or put a dead end to real estate goals in todays horrible market. She was easy to work with, a professional in her field, adaptive, and an effective communicator. We totally recommend Gloria Luciano for any real estate needs, buy, sell, or rent. Thank you so much for your help! It was a pleasure for us to work with you.

She answered our calls and texts even at inconvenient hours. She was always prepared and kept us in the loop and prepared as well, usually bringing up tasks before we even knew we had to do them. She really went above and beyond through the search process, buying process, and even into the transition into our new home. She also has connections around the Hudson Valley and provided recommendations for different partners we could work with across different fields, while at the same time she was open to new people that we chose and worked smoothly with them as well. We would highly recommend Ana and cannot say enough good things about our process working with her.

I've worked with numerous real estate agents over the years, across three different states as I've bought and sold investment properties and helped with my parents' transaction. Michelle's diligence, knowledge of the market, and remarkable patience with a challenging transaction was superlative. She also provided excellent coaching during negotiations. Most important, Michelle was active and attentive throughout the process, and showed sensitivity and excellent communication skills with my aging parents as they navigated the sale of a home they'd owned for almost 50 years. You won't find a residential RE agent more qualified or as capable as Michelle.

We spoke to several banks, but it was always the same thing with them, they were trying to sell us something we were not looking for. Then one evening we found Sun Mortgage Company and read all the reviews. The next morning, we called Sun Mortgage Company and spoke to Don Rizzo. We told Don what we were looking for and he explained how the process works. After filling out the online application, we were all set to move forward. I was expecting a similar process to what the banks would have put us through but WOW, I was wrong! Before reaching out to Sun Mortgage Company we had attempted to go through our previous lender and other financial institutions, but they made it impossible. We were always talking to a different representitive each time and had to start over due to lack of information they had on their end, which meant starting the process over. This was fustrating!! Don Rizzo made this process quick, easy and painless. In just a short amount of time after supplying him with some of the documents he had requested, he found us the perfect loan and excellent rate to refinance our home. Once we had agreed on the loan and rate, Don was even able to get us in touch with a local law firm to handle the closing. This was one of the best loan experiences we have been through. We will be using Don Rizzo from Sun Mortgage Company again in the future. Thank you again Don.

Always in communication, and if we weren't able to answer a call, there was an email from Don almost immediately afterwards. He introduced to me the equally phenomenal Sruthi Gaddam and offered his advice every moment that I needed. My living situation in my house at the time was a uniquely difficult one to navigate, and thankfully, I had Mikey and Sruthi with me the whole time. Mikey helped me capture what I needed in a sale and also helped me make sure that I wouldn't make a bad decision that would potentially hurt me in the long run. After a horrible experience two years prior with the realtor for the purchase of my house, having Mikey for the sale of it was incredibly refreshing and different. I am so thankful to have met with him, and even now, I know that he'll be around when I'm ready for my next purchase.
