    Chocolate Banana Smoothie
    Erika V.

Wow, I was overjoyed by the service I experienced here! I was welcomed right away and decided to look at the menu. I saw a smoothie option with chocolate and peanut butter and another option with strawberry and banana. I asked if they would be able to make one with banana and chocolate and they happily obliged. It was ready very quickly and the girl even said, "Have a great day, Erika!" It definitely made me smile and made me enjoy the drink that much more. The smoothie was absolutely delicious.

As good as fresh can be. I have been coming here ever since they closed their location inside Safeway. I like the different smoothies and juice blends. My favorite is the Strawberry surf rider. The fresh ingredients really makes it delicious. For smoothies this is such a healthy place. They are very filling. I mostly come here during the morning before work or if I'm just in the mood for a smoothie. I am hooked and I can't praise Jamba juice enough, I love this place - this one particular location has sensational customer service. Everyone that works here is so welcoming, cheerful and very fast. You won't have to worry about waiting long for your order. Even when t's busy I get my drink in a timely manner. Thank you I will continue to support this location.

I don't really go to Jamba Juice in San Francisco where I live. I've only been to Jamba Juice a handful of times ever. I thought it was so exciting and new in the 90s when my sister took me in San Diego, but now I don't really care for the chain. The brand is not stale, but it's boring. However, it's nice to get a smoothie here every once in a while because they are good...except you are warned about how much SUGAR is in smoothies. I got the strawberry surfer today and it was a nice treat to end my day at the beach in Santa Cruz with David K.

Best Jamba Juice I have ever been to hands down. The workers are super accommodating and friendly. They use different cups than regular places, eco friendly/ biodegradable. Super cool, the outdoor seating is well kept and very pleased with my drinks quality.

great Pomegranate Bowl. Great place for an Acai too. The service is friendly too. You can add goji berries too.

The smoothies are really good, but this parfait (with peanut butter, granola, & banana slices) was awesome!

I doubt that there's much difference from one Jamba Juice to another, though I noticed that the downtown Monterey one sometimes has a limited number of "special" drinks that are cheaper than the regular price. I enjoyed my super antioxidant smoothie (mostly berries of various kinds, I guess) with a protein boost (always tastes a bit chalky), and gf's parfait that I tasted was delicious [peanut butter, granola, sliced banana, yogurt(?)]--why don't *I* ever think of ordering anything other than a fruit smoothie? Call me jealous.

Smoothie turned out so good! But the service, there was this lady that was not so nice. I just think people should be kinder.

We took a quick exit, and looked up a coffee place close by, Java Junction was right there. I didnt expect anything much until we stept in. A very nice atmosphere, cozy interior, simple decors. I ordered the Milky Way Mocha with decaf instead of my usual go-to matcha and my hubby got the Rasberry Mocha. The drinks came in with just clear cups with ice and thick layer of cream on top. We were very curious when taking a sip from the cream top, and oh my it got us both. The cream was thick, with a hint of chocolate, and my hubby's cup got the rasberry taste in it. I'm not a coffee enthusiastic but I must say, my Milky Way Mocha was so good that made me glad that I decided not to get the matcha this time. We both finished our drinks when we passed SJ. Good service, easy stop, nice atmostphere, and the mochas, recommended!

Ultimately, we came here because the other one that we wanted to go to down the street had a line into the parking lot. In hindsight, we probably should have just waited. The ice cream here just didn't stand out. It melted too quickly-almost like it wasn't really kept cold cold. The flavors meshed together and didn't really pop and you know something is odd when after going through 4 flavors, the lady up front say, "that's the best", or "that's one of my favorites" to each and every one of them. Getting your order mixed up was also a deduction. I wanted a brownie sundae and because she was out of hot fudge, asked if that could be replaced with caramel. I said yes, but ended up just getting a caramel sundae without the brownies?! Unfortunately I didn't notice until after I sat down with my sundae to which point, I just didn't care enough to get it fixed. The place seemed dingy and confused. With ice cream, but froyo, it could be a bit confusing. Overall, it just didn't seem genuine. There are too many ice cream shops around and to call this one a local and community focused ice cream shop seems like a bit of a stretch to me.

There were 4 types of chocolate available, but no dark chocolate. I opted for a double chocolate fudge brownie milkshake. They didn't have lowfat milk but the worker was friendly and offered to put less milk. Strangely, the shake ended up being on the watery side. It also wasn't quite filled to the top, and even got foamy at the surface. But it was delicious nonetheless.

I am a teacher at a school near by and stopped here for dinner before back to school night. I have always wanted to try Picahna and MAN it didn't disappoint. Pair that with the house hot sauce and it was simply superb. It didn't stop at the steak, as I said the entire plate was delicious. The rice was well seasoned, the beans were perfectly smokey and the salad was crisp and fresh. On top of the food, the service could not have been friendlier and comforting.
