It's a juice stand in the airport so I will review accordingly. I patronize this particular Jamba Juice frequently. It's nice to have a healthy meal/snack before hopping a plane. They seem to offer the full menu that is available at the stand-alone stores. Compared to other Jamba Juice locations, I think they move very quickly. I've never had to wait long for my order. Downside: They never seem to be stocked on the baked goods when I visit. They always have one or two leftovers that look like they've seen better days. read more

Connecting flight through Denver so went to get an Acai berry smoothie. Great service and the employee was helping a traveler in front of me, gave him a recommendation and he was ecstatic about the suggestion. There was. I lineup when I was there and they whipped up my drink in no time! But there seems to be more employees than needed? They're mostly just standing around and staring off I to space! This Denver Airport Jamba Juice has wheatgrass shots, fresh carrot juice and kale smoothies along with their usual sweet fruit smoothies. Pretty awesome compared to airport food pretty much everywhere (except SFO) And don't be deterred if there is a line, they move fast here. read more

For an airport terminal juice it was pretty good. We ordered a strawberry, raspberry, banana smoothie and an orange /carrot juice. They were both well made and the staff was nice enough. Also for airport snack, they were not terribly expensive. We bought two smalls for total of $8.32 read more

5 stars - a standard Jamba Juice stall located on the upper level at Denver airport - every time I make a connection via Denver I make it a point to run upstairs and get myself a Mango Ago Go with the protein boost. The line can be long but the service is fast. read more

I gave two stars instead of one like I'm giving the MANY OTHER LOCATIONS that don't honor gift cards since they gave me a 10% discount. I contacted corporate about it and they offered me coupons. I went to Jamba juice assuming they make healthy juice. I specifically asked if there is anything sweet in my tea. They said no. And when I got my tea it was loaded with sugar. When I checked backed at the counter they said they don't add sugar but the frozen yogurt might have sugar and its not their mistake. And repeated the same thing. I love Jamba and have been to many locations in my travels but this location is by far the slowest I have ever seen. And it wasn't due to being short staffed. There were plenty of people bwhind the counter. Just moving at a snail pace. The one in SLC airport is the fastest I have come across. Makes this one look like a joke. read more

Jamba Juice is always my first stop when I fly into Denver airport. My go-to is the Mega Mango from their dairy-free menu. I do seem to encounter some zombie-like cashier staff, but I already know what to order, so at least, it doesn't affect the drinks. The drinks come out fairly quick and I don't seem to encounter too much of a line whenever I stop here, probably because it is located near the end of one of Terminal C's extensions. I wish Jamba Juice still included a free "boost" with their juice drinks (I used to get the immunity boost)..you have to pay extra for it now. read more

Jamba Juice is my savior whenever I connect through Denver. Which is a little too much for my liking, I swear I'm here at least once every 3-4 months (damnit, why are there no cheap, non-stop flights all the time from 3 DC airports to anywhere of the SF bay ones?) Although I'm also pretty sure I route through Denver on purpose when I have to take a stopover, just because Jamba Juice is here, and not in my other layover options like Phoenix. (Well, there is one in Atlanta, but that airport is a nightmare.) It's like a miracle potion for the inevitable slight headache and queasiness I get whenever I first step off the plane into Denver, or just the normal misery of being on a plane for 4 hours. So if you're feeling dehydrated, grumpy, or a little altitude sickness, there's Jamba for you! Located pretty conveniently in the middle of the United terminal B by the food court. It's relatively fast and slow at the same time, (you know what I'm talking about - the order gets placed, one person is making 5 smoothies at the same time anyways, so then you have to wait for 4 other smoothies to get poured out before yours), and is virtually the same as any other Jamba Juice location, and tastes exactly the same, and has the same pricing. No complaints there! read more

This jamba juice made my drink (Strawberry Whirl) perfectly and it was so tasty. The line was pretty long but moved quickly and we got our drinks after a few minutes. We asked for them extra thick since they melt a lot faster in these new cups and they were definitely extra thick! Customer service was great too. The only suggestion I have is to make it more clear where you stand to order and to pick up. Most people who walked up, us included, had to ask everyone if they were in line to order or to pick up. Horrible customer service. I got a drink here that I've had many times before. This one was too tart and definitely not made correctly. I asked to have something different and the manager said no. I then asked for a refund and was shut down again. I tried to reason with the manager and all he had to say was that he didnt want to remake a drink every time someone didn't like it because he'd have to make 300 remakes a day. I say train your staff better on recipes and learn some customer service. I did call the service line, after using google to call them since the number that the manager gave me did not work, and they are sending me a coupon. I'm a frequent Jamba consumer - and often in airports. I'm at this one 3-4 times a month. . . and, they are out of items TOOOO MUCH! I often get a smoothie that has peanut butter and they were out of peanut butter about three times over a 2 month period. And then this morning, they were out of another item key to some of their listed smoothies. I wish this Jamba could lift it's game to consistently be able to make their listed smoothies. (And when they say they are out, they never offer 'have you tried X, it might be a nice replacement) read more

This was most likely the worst service at a Jamba Juice I have ever been to. After giving me the wrong amount of money back for my payment, the cashier forgot to put our order in. We waited for about 20 minutes before telling them. Then we nearly missed our flight. I don't know if this is due to it being in the airport, but this is not the service that I expect from Jamba Juice. read more

Poor customer service to start. The wait time to order was 15 minutes. They seemed to be ignoring customers standing on line while they were sweeping the floor. The bigger problem was the food handling issue. As a certified and trained FDA Preventive Controls for Human Food Qualified Indivudual, I take note of more things than usual. However, handling food without gloves is a definite fail. When I realized that the young woman making my daughter's açaí bowl was not wearing gloves while cutting up the fruit, I had to speak up. As a result of the woman not wearing gloves while cutting up the fruit, we refused to accept the bowl. The woman looked at me clearly annoyed and just threw the prepared bowl into the garbage. Thankfully we did get a refund, however it was met with rolling eyes and clear annoyance. Management needs to train their staff in proper hygiene, FDA food safety rules and better customer service. read more

Went to this Jamba Juice again today. This time "out" of strawberries for Acai Bowl. Last week it was granola. Every week to week and a half when I come thru here they are out of something. No other Jamba Juice that I've patronized has ever been out of anything. Why would a corporate office or franchisee not take over ordering for this location, as it is such a visible location and establishes an image of the chain as a whole. The staff was very nice and respectful. The cashier said "ma'am" six times in our 2 minute conversation.
