Have mostly ordered via the mobile app for pick up. Have had several acai bowls, which have been awesome, plenty of ingredients, and very fresh. I've also had a smoothie here (apple and greens), also very fresh and delicious, in par with other locations. The staff are always smiley, and very friendly. Whoever made it sure made it wrong! This is not a blue sky spirulina! There is no spirulina or coconut flakes in this, and it is so runny it looks more like milk with hardly any fruit in it! I've been into this location a few times, and they usually are pretty quick, efficient, and friendly. However, today wasn't the case. I went in today at 4:10pm 4/15/2017 with a group of three in front of me. No big deal. She finishes making a couple smoothies and takes their order. At this point in time, the line is starting to build. I notice that there were only two people working at the time. A woman with buzzed hair and a man with a green shirt. The man looked like he didn't know what he was doing and the other was trying to make up for his slacking. The woman takes the order of the entire line, (about ten people.) She relatively quickly makes the snoothies for the group of three in front of me. I only wanted one smoothie, one medium sized smoothie. Right before mine, another group of four walks in. Instead of making one medium smoothie, she takes their order! The man was just doing dishes, not helping his smoothie partner at all! He could have taken their orders and let her make the smoothies. At this time, there's about 11 people waiting for smoothies, including me. Another person walked in, then left within two minutes because no one greeted him or acknowledged his existence. I should have just walked out while I could. Again, the man is STILL doing dishes while the woman with no customer service is trying to hold down the line. In the end, it took 20 minutes to get my smoothie. 20 minutes. She gave me a large instead because of the wait but that doesn't make the situation any better. One girl was working up front from what I could see. It was a bit busy. She was working really hard to get the smoothies out as fast as she could. Then I had heard from the back yelling. It was a woman's voice yelling "do you need help?" And from what I could tell there was cameras. I think it is common sense to get up and help your staff if you can see that there is many customers coming in. The girl up front became frustrated in what the person in back said. No one needs to ask for help when it gets busy. That girl should have gotten her ass up and help the poor girl. It a shame that there are lazy people like that. Everywhere I go they can make the order and charge me correctly but here every time it's an issue and this time they charge me $8 for a small drink.
