Ok I seriously didn't know this artist had a gallery in Las Olas. So amazing. Jamali is a mastermind of an artist. His works are owned by different companies, restaurants groups, celebrities, art enthusiasts etc. Sam M. whenever you want to buy me his work of art, I'm ready. It's funny but Sam M met this artist in 2006-2007 in this location. Spectacular pieces throughout this gallery. I stopped here by chance since I was getting some coffee near by. And I parked right in front of this gallery. Love of the art at first sight. I had seen some of his works before but never his gallery. He has another gallery in NY. I love anything Sufism and his work really reminds me of that. Tony assisted while I visited this gallery. Awesome man and really helpful in the pieces. He knows everything about each piece in this gallery. Hope to buy a piece one day.~

The brothers purchased 10 warehouses pre-pandemic and spent 10 million dollars transforming them into Thrive. After four years of development, Thrive Art District opened in 2023. The Thrive Art District has 38 low-rent art studios, coffeehouse, indie record store, and the craft beerhouse, Uncommon Path Brewing. Some of the former FAT Village artists have migrated to Thrive since it began accepting tenants in 2022. Events held here include Freshly Squeezed DJ Live Set, Pilates Strength with Blue Diamond Fitness, and Artwalk. Check out the Thrive website for dates and times. I came to the Saturday night Wheels & Paws Car Show which raises money for 1 Lucky Dog Recue. They had cars on display along with vendors selling food, drinks, and car and dog related items. It is a fun event for a good cause. I look forward to coming back to check out the brewery which looked very nice. This area has an up and coming vibe and I have no doubt it will be 5 stars once some more businesses open.
