Although it was through a sports league purchase, they should allow choices if they expect further business. School Photographers do. To select the worst photo and assume that clients would purchase their actual choice is poor customer service. You have a favorite/heart/save button linked to accounts you should choose one from those. And tell clients that you have a deadline to choose a favorite. Not say there is no way that is possible. Unprofessional. And as a photographer, you know by sight which one is a better shot and yet you purposely make a poor decision. Bad business practices.

She also has done pics for my special needs baseball division, she is caring and patient with every single one of my players. She also sets up an additional camera station to make sure she can spend time with every player. Her turnaround is great, we had the pictures in less than 2 weeks after they were taken. Please excuse the long post but I want to help you by NOT choosing this business in the first…read moreplace. I am giving one star for the team (because they were super sweet and happy) and NO stars for Sarah (the owner). I attended the Wounded Warrior Battalion ball this year and I was excited about pictures as I am every year. Every year I get a digital image and no prints. I don't care for prints. This year I asked for help with the form and the first young lady helping me was confused with it as well, so she sent me to the cashier. I stated I wanted one digital image for one pose. Simple. I was told it also came with one print of every size listed and she asked if I wanted to pick up at the battalion or pay extra for shipping. I paid extra for shipping as we don't go to the battalion anymore. Awesome. I pay extra for shipping and head to take our picture. I am pregnant, and the photographer was so sweet and said let me take some more poses. So, she does. After the poses are done, she said she will just send them all to us because they are so great. Wow, thanks! My husband and I were so excited as this pregnancy is a miracle baby and we are just so blessed to capture this journey. This is Sarah's reply.... She said that I am the only one out of the entire battalion that is having a problem with the order form and that the form was very clear so there is no way there was any sort of issue. She also said it's my word against her teams' word and that her team is going to deny it, which is already telling me I'm not going to get what I was told I was ordering because she's already denying it for her team and clearly making me out to be a liar. She mentioned many times her team is highly trained, and they don't mess up. I told her it's fine if they mess up, no one is perfect, and she proceeded to say that she didn't say they were perfect but with this issue, her team doesn't mess up. Now the cherry on top was how many times she said her order forms are checked twice and I wouldn't have been charged for shipping if they went to the battalion for pick up. Well, I have a receipt that says clearly, I paid for shipping and I did not receive the images here at my residence. They are at the battalion. Somehow, even with proof of a receipt, I'm still wrong and if I paid for shipping, they would have been shipped to me. This owner mentioned at the end that I was trying to get something for free, so her defensive attitude shows laziness by making that an excuse, so the customer looks bad and she doesn't have to have good customer service. Even if her art is great, I would NOT go with this photographer in the event there is a minor, minor issue. That teeny, tiny problem will be your fault because remember, she is perfect and so is her team and you are just trying to get free stuff. If any Marine Corps events are looking into this business, find someone else. She doesn't even have a background with an American Flag and a Marine Corps Flag. What business has been doing this for 12 years (she repeated that to me) and doesn't have the flags for a Marine Corps ball? This business owner is an all-around FAIL.
