She says all the right things but what is really happening is she's using a platform of being a female owned business and busy mom to prey on unknowing potential clients. She requires full payment up front and, once she gets paid, suddenly has a series of tech, life, or business "issues" preventing her from delivering her part of the agreement. As a former photography owner and operator I know the industry and it is full of people like her. I hope this review helps other's considering her services to ask questions and be VERY CAREFUL. Niki completely ghosts my wife's many messages until my wife reversed the charges on her payment. Then all of a sudden Niki was very communicative.

Good pictures, but HORRIBLE follow-through and responsiveness. I booked Niki in July for October. I…read moreasked what her turnaround time was to ensure I would receive the pictures in time. Niki lacks professionalism. She takes good pictures; however, she has horrible follow through and doesn't deliver when promised. #1 - She was supposed to message me locations in late July (per IM on 7/20/18). On 8/3/18, she IM'd me stating she'd get locations to me soon... didn't hear from her until I received an invoice on 10/2/18. When I asked about locations, she said she'd send them later that day. Nothing... I followed up on 10/3, 10/7, and 10/9. The location was finally taken care of. #2 - After the shoot (10/20/18) at the location, she told us it would be two weeks for us to receive our proofs (reiterating what she said in July) and she'd send a sneak peek early in the week. The sneak peek wasn't sent to us until 10/30/18. #3 - Delivery of proofs... I followed up with Niki on 11/10/18 (3 weeks after) inquiring about the status of our pictures. She said she'd have them to us the following night (11/11/18). I text her 11/12/18 with no response and then 11/13/18, she responded we'd get them that evening. After technical issues and Niki falling ill, the link to our photos was received 11/15/18. Almost two weeks after the promised delivery date. Because of the inconvenience, she offered to give us a free canvas or 10 additional photos. We opted for the canvas. #4 - There were no issues with the turnaround time to download the pictures. Even after I requested the link to be sent again about a month later. #5 - We have yet to receive our canvas. There has been excuse after excuse and since Thursday, we haven't heard from her. Niki said she'd deliver the printed canvas by the 12/9/18 and to date (1/2/19) we have not received it.
