We discovered El Detailer (aka Ruben) when he dropped of business cards at our door last September…read more We had just lost our previous mobile detailer. We decided to give Ruben a try. He proved to be competent, professional, reasonably-priced, and reliable. We have been using him 1-2x per month ever since. He handles our cars with care and always leaves them in perfect order. Ruben continues to prove his worth as a mobile car wash/detailer. In addition to regular car washes, we love the ceramic coating (separate cost, of course) he applied and can feel the difference in terms of paint protection. I have not had a single complaint about Ruben. If there needs to be a change in scheduling on his side, he communicates it early and works to make up for it. If we need a schedule change, he is more than accommodating and clearly communicates any times that are possible based on the change. We have used many different companies over the year and have found El Detailer to be the most reliable long term. I highly recommend him and his services.

The cloth interior was shampooed and so were the floor mats. There is hard plastic with a shiny veneer on the dash, after the buff and shine it must have gotten 3 shades lighter (it should be white and was looking a bit yellow before.). Price was $10 below other quotes I received. Which is another thing to note, when I requested a quote they were one of the first to respond and had early availability. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because the tops of the windows weren't cleaned and the trunk wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. Overall very pleased and recommend.
