We were sent to Valley View Repair from a recommendation from the motel we were staying at. The mechanic took time out of his busy schedule to diagnose the problem which was spot on. We mentioned that we were from out of town and did not even have a vehicle to use. They said that they were scheduled for the next week but were kind enough to fit us in the next day and even gave us a loaner car so we could enjoy the day in Amish country. It was repaired by mid afternoon and the repair bill was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this repair facility to anyone in the Berlin Ohio area. When I informed our agent he referred us to an insurance estimator in Pataskala, Their price was 3600$. When I spoke to the Agent again, I wanted to get an additional estimate. He referred me to Pagani's in Downtown Newark. The Pagani brothers who own and manage the shop looked at the car, came out with a cleaner and removed EVERY SINGLE mark from the Headlight, frontend, hood and the protective clear cover on the nose. EVERYTHING!! It saved us our deductible and whatever increase in our insurance rate we surely would have incurred.
