I could've rented a regular plain jane Moonjump for a lot less money. Kept calling the main number and speaking with a lady about the issue and regarding a partial refund or credit. She kept saying she would talk to the boss and call me back. It's been a week and now they don't answer my calls or texts. Had me waiting all day the next day so they could pick up the Moonjump. They showed up 2 days later. Which would've been okay if the Moonjump worked, cause the kids would've been having a blast. Needless to say, the whole party was ruined for the kids. Save your money!
