I have rented a house with this company now for nearly a year and would struggle to find anything positive to say about their service.
When myself and my housemates moved in there were a number of problems, all of which we were assured would be fixed before we moved in. They weren't and were only resolved after much nagging (which we, like most people do not have the time to be doing) and, over a number of weeks.
After this any problems (for example the hoover breaking, there being mice in the house, there being other issues for example a broken curtain pole) were near impossible to be resolved. They were completely unconcerned about all the problems, and after 5 phone calls and assurances that it will be sorted out 'tomorrow' I still do not have a curtain pole.
Also, on any occasion where the staff at the estate agents need to be spoken to they seem uninterested and in some cases, plain rude.
