My e-mail was answered a few days later by Ryan K, who then called me to set up a time for him to come to the house and give us a quote. I left work (in Pewaukee) 2 hours early on that date we set, so that I could meet Ryan at our house (in Grafton), only for him to NO-SHOW. Giving him the benefit of doubt and knowing I make errors, the next day I left early again, thinking maybe I had my days mixed up. Still no Ryan. I then called the office and spoke with a kind woman who told me she'd have the owner give me a call. The next afternoon, I received a call from Pete who identified himself as the owner of Flagstone and admitted it was his son who stood me up. While he did apologize for that, he then set up a date/time that he could come by and give us a quote. We set up a time for 9/4/20 and Pete has since called on 2 separate occasions to change that date. We went to 9/1/20 and then he calls this morning and wants to come today at 4pm.....I'm not sure who's sitting around on their ass just waiting to write a check to Flagstone but we work for a living and I've already been over accommodating to this company. At this point, I'd like to know why, I SHOULD choose Flagstone for my landscape projects because I can think of 5 reason's off the top of my head why I shouldn't choose them. When I told Pete I was going to leave a review for them, he proceeded to tell me how wrong that is. Wrong.....is YOUR son, standing up a customer. Wrong.....is Pete thinking that I should be jumping through hoops to accommodate his constant changes to the appointment I've set up for a quote and then being rude to me when I'm upset and question why he keeps changing the dates on me. Hey Pete and Ryan.....NEWS FLASH......your customer's time is JUST as valuable as your time. Without your customers, you have no job. May want to think about re-vamping your customer service skills all together. Of course, Flagstone will not be getting any of my hard earned money.
