My e-mail was answered a few days later by Ryan K, who then called me to set up a time for him to come to the house and give us a quote. I left work (in Pewaukee) 2 hours early on that date we set, so that I could meet Ryan at our house (in Grafton), only for him to NO-SHOW. Giving him the benefit of doubt and knowing I make errors, the next day I left early again, thinking maybe I had my days mixed up. Still no Ryan. I then called the office and spoke with a kind woman who told me she'd have the owner give me a call. The next afternoon, I received a call from Pete who identified himself as the owner of Flagstone and admitted it was his son who stood me up. While he did apologize for that, he then set up a date/time that he could come by and give us a quote. We set up a time for 9/4/20 and Pete has since called on 2 separate occasions to change that date. We went to 9/1/20 and then he calls this morning and wants to come today at 4pm.....I'm not sure who's sitting around on their ass just waiting to write a check to Flagstone but we work for a living and I've already been over accommodating to this company. At this point, I'd like to know why, I SHOULD choose Flagstone for my landscape projects because I can think of 5 reason's off the top of my head why I shouldn't choose them. When I told Pete I was going to leave a review for them, he proceeded to tell me how wrong that is. Wrong.....is YOUR son, standing up a customer. Wrong.....is Pete thinking that I should be jumping through hoops to accommodate his constant changes to the appointment I've set up for a quote and then being rude to me when I'm upset and question why he keeps changing the dates on me. Hey Pete and Ryan.....NEWS FLASH......your customer's time is JUST as valuable as your time. Without your customers, you have no job. May want to think about re-vamping your customer service skills all together. Of course, Flagstone will not be getting any of my hard earned money.

Dan... we had four other landscape companies come out to discuss what to do. Most said they could grow grass. Some said we had to either cut down or thin out our trees. Dan is the only one that said we couldn't grow grass which is what we have been trying to do for the last 15 years. He recommended we put beds with ground cover under the trees and had a plan drawn up with all kinds of perennials and generally very little maintenance. He assured me that he would keep an eye on it and make sure all goes well. I felt like I finally had someone tell me the truth and provide a great solution. He was a great pleasure to work with. LaRosa does snow plowing in my condominium complex. I have noticed at my front garage door, side…read morealuminum trim on both sides of the garage door have been damaged a foot and a half from the bottom of the door. Metal trim outside of the door is dented from their front end loader hitting the metal during snow removal. A number of garage doors in my community with this trim are also damaged in this same way, at the same height by the loader. I hold little hope for any admission of error by LaRosa. And certainly no repair work to my trim by their company. If you hire this company for snow removal BEWARE of damage to your property by their equipment.
