Our experience working with LaRosa Landscaping was a pleasure from our initial consultation through…read moreproject completion. Dan... we had four other landscape companies come out to discuss what to do. Most said they could grow grass. Some said we had to either cut down or thin out our trees. Dan is the only one that said we couldn't grow grass which is what we have been trying to do for the last 15 years. He recommended we put beds with ground cover under the trees and had a plan drawn up with all kinds of perennials and generally very little maintenance. He assured me that he would keep an eye on it and make sure all goes well. I felt like I finally had someone tell me the truth and provide a great solution. He was a great pleasure to work with. Absolutely no high pressure or unattainable promises. Jose and Edgar - always had a smile on their faces, even when they had completed something and I changed my mind so they had to redo an area. -never saw such great teamwork. They worked seamlessly and I could tell they each know exactly what to do individually to make the process smooth. - they worked so hard from the time they got here through the entire day. I got tired just watching them. -I was told about Edgar's "magic fingers" as he was spreading the grass seed. And I am a true believer as my grass has come up beautifully.

Metal trim outside of the door is dented from their front end loader hitting the metal during snow removal. A number of garage doors in my community with this trim are also damaged in this same way, at the same height by the loader. I hold little hope for any admission of error by LaRosa. And certainly no repair work to my trim by their company. If you hire this company for snow removal BEWARE of damage to your property by their equipment.

On the opposite side we placed 12 Arbor Vitim. We had Scott and several of his employee's out here digging the holes, placing the trees and bushes and covering everything with mulch. It has not been 6 years since the landscaping was installed and it is truly amazing. We can not see our neighbors on either side. Everything has grown and filled out so perfectly. The form forces a mobile phone, which almost always means text messages (Which I do not have or do). Either that or they just voice call and completely ignore the very clear instructions in the form. They ask to "describe the project" (which was already done on the email but she didn't get it). Bottom line, all they need to do is - Read the email - Email back for an address to have someone come out and take a look - Determine a good day/time That's it. The person who would do the work can't know how to quote without a site visit. It's a waste of time filling out an estimate form when you're just going to send someone out anyway. So just send them out when asked.
