Things were going smooth until we turned onto a freeway entrance and the axel of our car snapped and we were unable to move. First of all, the people of canyonville are amazing. Long story short, towing company recommended Bill's since they were the only ones near and open (it was around 6pm) We get to Bill's and they're so friendly. Quoted us an extremely affordable price and told us it'd be done by noon the next morning. Perfect! Doesn't stop there; since we are from out of town and have our cat with us, they personally drive us in one of their trucks to a near motel that accepts pets. We get in for the night, next morning we walk back to Bill's and the car is ready to go and it's 10am! All I can say is if I wanted my car to break down, this was the most ideal and smoothest situation ever and that is a huge thanks to Bill and his staff and also the people of canyonville. THANK YOU!!!!!!

He was also incredibly unprofessional from the moment I got there and was complaining about Medford the second I mentioned where I'd come from. He then took me back to look at the underside of my car repeatedly, saying things like, most people don't get to see the underside of their car. Also telling me what other shitty mechanics do that he doesn't do. Such BS. His wife showed up and when I was finally waiting to pay and leave she asked how it was. I said it wasn't professional. She seemed to relate initially and then said, everyone has a different opinion! This is funny, after his first negative comment, that's exactly what I had said to him. He however, had interrupted me several times and I stopped trying to communicate with him early on due to this. Next time, I will hold onto the skid plate until I get to the city.
