He scheduled the MRI for me 10 minutes after my visit with him (conveniently located in his building), had the test read by a radiologist as well as reviewed it with a colleague hand expert the following afternoon. That evening he called me with the good (thankfully) news. I could not be more happy with his professionalism, kindness, and sense of urgency. He also kept pushing "pain management" even after I told him multiple times I wasn't currently in pain -- my pain only happens when the hamstring is stretched. Instead of listening he made me feel dismissed and blamed for my injuries. I left the appointment CRYING. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor. His ego was out of control and his bedside manner was nonexistent. In the end he actually did me a favor. After I met with Dr. Glaser I knew I was in great hands. I explained to him what I was feeling and what would trigger my pain. He did an exam and immediately knew where the pain was coming from and what needed to be done. IT WAS MY NERVES! He advised for me to get 2 Medial Branch Blocks and if they were both successful then a Radiofrequency Ablation would need to be performed. I did all 3 and I feel amazing! I can say he is one of the few doctors that I trust with my medical care and that I would highly recommend to my family and friends or anyone seeking pain management.
