I have been seeing Dr. Olga Kuzina there for a while now…read more She is extremely thorough, in fact, if you desire to meet with her first before you make an appointment for a physical which you have to book months ahead, she will literally almost perform an ACTUAL physical there - after she speaks with you about any health concerns you might be having. I literally asked her if she was giving me a physical, lol - because she checks EVERYTHING just during a first initial visit. Reflexes, your abdomen, ear/nose/throat - actually your teeth!!, because she noticed I had 4 implants etc. She will also do paps etc but I see an excellent nurse practitioner that Dr. Kuzina knew from UMass in Milford OBGYN for 14 years now. And now they have a system where they can exchange all that info electronically even if they're not affiliated-which is always a plus. She does that little initial check of you, after spending almost 40 minutes just getting to know you. She's outstanding. She states she always does that so when you see her for physicals (which I did) and other visits like a sore throat - it's like she already knows you because she stated she wants her patients to be extremely comfortable with her. Her physicals are a little longer than most, but she's just very conscientious. If you're worried about blood and labs, she eases your fears. Note that she's on the second floor but you'll have to sign in on the first. You'll love her. Such an empathetic physician.

No apology from the doctor or anything he was just like I can't believe it, while sending me out to an audiologist so I could get hearing aids. Fast forward to recent, I call this office and they never answer, they prompt you to leave a message and they don't return calls for awhile, extremely frustrating. My hearing has gotten worse and the audiologist told me to come back here to see if the ENT doctor can see what's going on. Which prompted this review because I am fed up. They do have other offices (Providence, I called and they said you should stick to Cumberland which is this location since that's where you started) mind you Cumberland is really far from me so Providence is much closer the lady was extremely rude at Providence as well. I'm not really sure why they have all these locations but frown upon switching places especially when this location is impossible to get ahold of. I did call the Johnston location and they said they would see me in a month. So we shall see. Hopefully they at least listen, but they didn't give me an issue seeing them there. This location is in a building with other offices and the parking lot is a decent size. It's kind of old and outdated looking on the inside.

The person on the phone had my records in front of her.....Nope I could not make an appointment unless I go to my PCP or Urgent care first. They need to see those notes....Then they would know how to schedule you. Silly me thinking that calling the office I've been to and saying I am having the same issue again was enough. I thought a specialist is supposed to tell you what the problem is? The doctor I saw before left.... I knew he was leaving but now I understand why. Just know you can't go there unless someone else checks you. I've needed hearing aids for pretty much my entire life, but resisted them until 6 years ago when…read moremy former employer told me to go get a hearing test and an estimate on hearing aids. I resisted some more since I'm self sufficient, but in all honesty, I was tired of not being able to follow a conversation, missing a word and having no clue what was going on and living in a partially silent world.. so I made the appointment and went. The entire staff was excellent, from the entire office staff, to Dr Freedman who I saw first to make sure my ears were healthy and that hearing aids would help me, then after that I met with the audiologist, Joseph Weisberger who was awesome.. I have really bad anxiety and he was very nice and patient, gave me the hearing test and the bad news that yes.. I definitely needed hearing aids, but the choices now are so much better than they were when I was 10 and got them for the first time and refused to wear them so my parents returned them.. this time I made the attempt to get used to them, and was finally able to hear in formerly silent world. I had several visits to adjust hearing aids, but it only took me a few days to get used to them.. 2 weeks ago I had to go back after dropping one. I figured it would either be an easy fix or I'd need new ones.. thankfully for me, it was an easy fix. After getting the repair done, Joseph again took the time to make sure I was happy with the level of hearing and I actually left there feeling like I'd gotten new hearing aids and can even hear the rain on the roof right now.. I would recommend this office and the Middletown office to anyone.. beyond excellent service and staff!

Her questions made us feel she was treating more than a patient a human being. At the end she prescribed him an OTC Nasal Gel and referred him to an Allergy/Immunologist, waiting for Allergy Test to guide her to a diagnosis. Her staff is awesome, kind and quick to overcome any obstacle. They even made the appointment for Allergy Doctor. We strongly recommend this practice.
