They truly appear to enjoy their job. They treat everyone with a warm and professional manner. I have been a patient there starting in 2014 before a surgical procedure in 2016 and then after the surgery as well. I am now an After Care patient where I am not treated with hands on treatment but am supervised by the physical therapists who have taught me how to exercise so that I main remain pain free and strong. I am charged a very nominal fee out of pocket. I find Dell the Administrative Assistant very cheerful and easy to coordinate appointments with. If her schedule wasn't available, we did have the option to use someone else, but she was able to accommodate us, which was great since it's better for my son to have the same therapist. The front desk staff is very nice. When I originally called to make an appointment they were very accommodating. They collected my insurance information and got back to me right away to let me know they accepted my insurance (note: I called many facilities prior and not 1 was in network with mine and luckily they were here). I love that this facility is affiliated with HSS. The location itself is very clean and new. The stuff in the kids section isn't run down. So far I'm very happy with my sons therapy. We love Elise. She is very good with our son and has lots of patiences!! :)
