This review is about Nikki Greone I am a new patient to Dr. Mahmood. I had an injury to my elbow from a fall as well as a knee injury that has been going on for a while. I had to be scheduled for a nerve test and meet the sweetest women. Ms.Nikki Greone Im sure im not spelling her name correctly. But, she was so pleasant . She made sure to make my appointment at a time that was convenient for me and for my follow up as well. When I called because I was in pain Nikki showed genuine concern. She even checked up on me . Because of her kindness and care I will be returning to Dr. Mahmood office . I had previously decided not to return due to the last visit where I didn't feel seen or heard. But , after speaking to Nikki and feeling her care and concern I decided that if shes there I will give them another try. Nikki reminded me of a time when doctors cared about their patients. When they went the extra mile to show their concern. Now days its about numbers and how much insurance you have before you can even make an appointment. Nikki is a real asset to that office and will prove to be a diamond wherever she goes ,because she has a heart of concern that cannot be bought or taught . I went to the office after running into Dr Mahmood at IHOP. I have a foot drop and the doc was nice enough to tell me about a new AFO that would be useful for my drop. He gave me his card and I went to his office three weeks after and got a prescription for the new AFO. The office is in a very nice, clean and professional looking building. Excellent Doctor. Very knowledgable and takes time to understand his patients goals, short term and long term. I went for a lower back issue and was extremely pleased with the consultative approach. Dr Mahmood can assist with many areas, as I have him currently reviewing a back issue and lingering ankle & shoulder issues. Overall the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Mahmood last summer. I was coming back from overseas and was only going to be in NJ for 6 weeks. He was able to squeeze me towards the beginning of my stay for ACL reconstruction surgery so that I would have sufficient time to recover to travel back overseas. Everyone on staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Mahmood is both personable and competent. Along with the physical therapy that he recommended, I am healing very well and able to move around again with a lot more stability in my knee. read more
