Every time I go I get seen pretty quickly and it only takes a few minutes to get adjusted. Both chiropractors are great - very friendly, efficient, and professional. Really great office! My baby is almost 3 months now and I still go to them to keep my back in good shape. Whenever I miss a couple of weeks I feel it in my back. Definitely will keep going here!

Dr Johnson walked out of the back room to the waiting area my daughter and I was sitting and said in front of the other patients "no more calls.. who came here from dr Charlie office ?!" .... I turned around and said "we did "... he yells "you will be seen ... you will be seen ! " . We were confused because there was never a question whether he will see my daughter or not so we didn't understand where he was coming from. I explained to him that the girl couldn't verify our insurance ... he yells Still in front of other patients " well what do you want me to do about that?" . I was so stunned on how he was speaking to us in front of others and the lack of professionalism is not what I expected from a hand surgeon . Again this was the first time at his office and I've never experienced such bad treatment from a doctor. Everything that came out his mouth was Sarcasm ! I got up and told my daughter "let's go " because I will not allow anybody to speak to us this way ! This is not the way a patient should ever be treated or spoken to. We actually have our Physical Therapies all scheduled with her right now too. Scheduling was pretty easy. If her schedule wasn't available, we did have the option to use someone else, but she was able to accommodate us, which was great since it's better for my son to have the same therapist. The front desk staff is very nice. When I originally called to make an appointment they were very accommodating. They collected my insurance information and got back to me right away to let me know they accepted my insurance (note: I called many facilities prior and not 1 was in network with mine and luckily they were here). I love that this facility is affiliated with HSS. The location itself is very clean and new. The stuff in the kids section isn't run down. So far I'm very happy with my sons therapy. We love Elise. She is very good with our son and has lots of patiences!! :)
