From the moment the appointment began, the doctor displayed poor bedside manner and came across as dismissive and demeaning toward my son. Rather than taking the time to listen, he repeatedly interrupted me before I could answer his questions and seemed uninterested in understanding how the injury occurred or what symptoms my son was experiencing. My son was being evaluated for a painful lower back injury. Despite my explaining that bending forward was causing him significant discomfort, the doctor repeatedly instructed him to bend over multiple times. Because of the pain, my son naturally bent his knees slightly, at which point the doctor made him stand back up and repeat the movement. He then remarked, "Come on, kid, we can do this all day." I found this comment unnecessary, insensitive, and completely lacking in compassion for a child who was clearly in pain. The visit was equally frustrating from a communication standpoint. After reviewing the X-rays, the doctor recommended physical therapy. When I asked what the X-rays showed and what specifically was wrong, he stated there was a problem. Naturally, I asked him to explain what he was seeing on the X-rays so I could better understand my son's condition. His response was simply that "we don't have time to discuss it." As a parent, being told there is a problem but refusing to explain the findings is unacceptable. The front desk staff was also rude and unhelpful, which only added to an already negative experience. Every child deserves to be treated with patience, empathy, and respect. Parents deserve clear communication about their child's diagnosis and treatment plan. Unfortunately, we experienced neither at this practice. I cannot recommend this office and would strongly encourage parents to consider other pediatric orthopedic providers who value compassionate care and take the time to listen and explain.

I was promptly assessed and treated after a very thorough and full review of the onset and history of this condition. It has been noted that a series of low dose medications are quite helpful in addressing the issue and I was prescribed these. Since continuing on these medications, my lower back pain has subsided greatly. I was referred on to an Endocrinologist to further assess any difficulties I may be experiencing as a result of this virus. I cannot adequately express my gratitude enough to Dr. Pandey and his wonderful staff for the very kind and professional treatment that they exhibited in caring for me. The doctor and his staff coordinate extremely well together ensuring total care of their patients. They are wonderful and caring people. Garnished my wages, and sued me over a 20k medical bill I didn't even know I had. Want to know what that bill was for? An MRI, EGG test, some cortisone shots, an 2 X-rays. Imagine getting misdiagnosed and then sued 4 years later. Meanwhile the guy who owns it gets imported Italian marble floors but is out here suing his patients. Stay far away from this conglomerate. My small town orthopedic correctly diagnosed me with GOUT with blood work and have been fine ever since, something kayal never even thought of.

They were to get me into the schedule in a timely frashion where I wasn't waiting months to be seen. They staff was very friendly upon check in as well. Dr, Avella was very friendly and knowledgeable. He has lots of patience (especially since my son was not cooperating). I felt very comfortable with his recommendation. He is not a dr to suggest unnecessary work (as some other doctors have suggested for us in the past).

They are experts and attentive to your specific needs. I have only had 1 Doctor of physical therapy since I started there before my surgery, a reverse total shoulder replacement. Dr. Janice de Guzman is incredible! She has encouraged me in my darkest moments of recovery by repeating "baby steps". I can now say she was right and I am suddenly making great progress . I have been going there since February and I love to observe people. These are the kindest, supportive and friendliest health care providers you can find! I would never go elsewhere!
