But this is regarding the Tomball, TX LOCATION ON HWY 2920 By far the worst experience I've had with a supplier. I tried to use them because someone referred me. But never again. I will never recommend this business. I submitted an order two months ago directly to an employee and it sat with one sales rep for a month then moved to another. 3 weeks later she sends me a rough invoice to verify items needed with 15+ items i did not ask for then goes on vacation for a week and still doesn't get back to me or responds to my reference. I have already placed an order with Ferguson and have gotten a response to fill my order in less than 48 hours.

He couldn't come out immediately because of all the rain we got in Houston last week, but as soon as it cleared, he contacted me to grind the two large stumps that were making my yard look hideous. His price was reasonable (I had gotten two other quotes and he came in slightly below the others) and he was courteous, professional, and showed up when he said he would. What would have been a nice finishing touch is if he had taken a few minutes to sweep all of the wood chunks and sawdust off the porch. Obviously not a deal-breaker and not necessarily his responsibility, but it would have been a nice bonus to earn the full 5 stars. All said and done, I would use his services again though surely.
