I brought my vase from home because I saw these big beautiful velvet poinsettia flowers trimmed in white. I showed the vase to the young lady in the store . She took the flowers which were in the window display in a Christmas tree, paired them with faux lamb's ear, tried other greenery, but the lamb's ears were perfect, cut them the right size and arranged them in the vase for me. She had other customers, was very pleasant, she helped them while I walked around and then completed my arrangement. The store has a great vibe and with service like that, this will be the first store I will visit for these types of things.

About three years ago, I had a partial bathroom redone through Modern Elegance. I was sold a…read morecustom-made sink cabinet and mirror. They also installed a new sink, faucets, and plumbing for two showers and the sink. The plumber they used (and he only worked for them) had a terrible attitude especially when asked a question. Now we have found a major leak under that sink. Water spouted from the new hot water pipe and flooded the cabinet and floor. Even turned off, the shut-off valve he put in didn't stop the water. We had to shut off the main line and call someone to put in new piping. He showed us how worn the three year old plumbing was. Also the bathroom has a powerful exhaust fan yet the paint job (that was manufactured in the cabinet and mirror) was chipping off. I honestly would not recommend this place for any type of renovations. It's costing us more money to remedy the plumbing problem and to replace the sink and sink cabinet. (Which, by the way was all poorly caulked and black mold was caked on the tile wall when our plumber removed the sink and cabinet. It must have been going on for the past three years.)

We went to Floor & Decor picked out a floor and they gave us contractors in the area for installation price quotes. It's funny but you know when someone gives you an estimate you realize this is the company you want to do business with. When he was there, I asked him if he does other renovations besides just floor installation. I really hit the jackpot because Deep Blue Remodeling is your one stop remodeling service. They do EVERYTHING you want and MORE! Matt who owns the company. you cannot meet a nicer man. He goes over and above to do a fantastic job and he cares about what you think and is a very good listener. If you run into a situation that your stuck on, Matt will give you his thoughts on what is the best cost-effective way to handle these issues that come up during this massive remodel that was done.
