Things aren't finished properly. They do the bare minimum to stay up to code with the township. The finishes are cheap. They won't return phone calls. If something needs to be fixed they just send whomever out with no notice or appointment time. We've spent more money fixing things in our brand new house the last 6 months than I think most people do over the course of 10 years. I would NEVER recommend these builders.

After looking around at flooring places in our area (Ocean Township) we checked out Fox Floors and boy are we glad we did! I love wall-to-wall carpet (every place I've ever lived had it) but my wife wanted hard flooring. Marshall is THE MAN! He is such a super salesman! So laid back (so caring and not pushy in the slightest) and explained everything so nicely to us and let us take home samples because it's really hard to imagine what each thing is going to look like just by looking at it at the store. He said that most people get hard flooring nowadays so we decided on getting new wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for the bedrooms, hallway and stairway (to satisfy me) and we should get hard flooring to replace the carpet and tile downstairs in the living room, dining room, foyer and hallway (to satisfy my wife). Marshall was so great with our schedule of doing it. The guys that did it were great! So fast and precise! And it wasn't easy. The ground floor (we're on a slab, no basement) had to be leveled out because the tiled part (foyer and kitchen) was higher than the carpeted part. Everything came out fantastic! The hard flooring looks like wood and the carpeted stairway and upstairs in so super cushiony! We love it! Quality products and quality workmanship! We couldn't be happier! I had many staples coming through my Armstrong vinyl flooring right after installation and the molding around my island was pieced together. He did send repair men. Afer that, more staples coming through tile. sent a repair man. He was supposed to call back because floor transition cracked. Promised he would order another one. After this call, more staples coming up through vinyl and we can't find the matching transition. Never got back to us. No more did he respond to our phone calls. This was a costly floor. I am so unhappy with their work and I advise everyone to beware.

After being disappointed with several other contractors who failed to even get back to us for quotations and one who left us hanging in mid-evaluation, we were referred to Custom Granite by our storm door vendor. Thanks to them for the referral! Lisa, our salesperson, met us at the stone yard and explained everything to us. Quote was issued promptly and everything was done in a timely fashion with superb quality. Office staff and the installers - - all topnotch! Craftsman in the shop must be excellent (we did not interact directly with them). From the meeting to completion of installation: A meer five weeks. That includes a week of delay, on our part, templating the countertops, fabrication and installation, templating the backsplashes and sidesplash, farication and installation. A wonder of organization and scheduling. Kudos to Custom Granite. Highly recommended!

Their guys removed my panel cover and used glorified jumper cables to hook up to my main electrical panel and were tripping breakers while using their equipment. If they need 240 volts for their equipment they should have brought a generator. A month later I started having electrical problems. I called and left voicemails at 2 different numbers and emailed the office, manager, and the owner but no answer. I went to their office and found the manager there. I was told that I need to talk to the owner who conveniently wasn't there and he wouldn't give me the owner's number. The floor looks pretty good but they still didn't come back and fill in holes that they know about. I was told that they've never had a problem like this in 25 years. I work in the trades and I've made plenty of mistakes. I would be wary of anyone who says they've never had a problem. The problem I was having ended up not being related to their work but the fact that I was completely ignored is very unprofessional. To this day no one has answered me. I left a review from another account as well as my wife on Google but both were deleted. I know who NOT to recommend...

I recommended this company to my neighbor who wanted siding installed on his home. What caught my…read moreeye, was that Remodel America had claimed in their video "our crews have the skills and experience to complete any installation." Also, on their website it says "You can always rely on us to provide you with exceptional service and the best name brands available. We have decades of experience." Well, upon surveying the site, the sales manager exclaimed that "the project is too difficult to undertake." So my neighbor is now looking for a company that has more "skills and experience" than this one.

Took several more weeks than we were told because of delays in getting supplies (but they finished on time because they started ahead of time.) Workers were messy, leaving cigarette butts everywhere, leaving their equipment out, leaving debris, nails, etc. all around which was dangerous for my dogs. Had some issues after the install and payment but they did come out and fix it promptly. Overall happy with work but they were higher priced than others.
