He gave us a very fair price, came back the next day and fixed them both. He sealed them all the way through, we could literally see the sealant from outside as well. He didn't try to up sell. We had a hairline crack on the floor, that I asked him about, he said he could seal it as well but if it were his own he wouldn't worry about it as it wasn't necessary. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He made such an overwhelming process seem quick and easy like you were talking to a friend.
