I had a very unusual footprint for my master closet. One of the closet bases was going to fall across the edge of a vent, and they very subtly curved the base of the cabinet (you can't even see it) so that I could lift and clean the vent. Furthermore, they were faced with an unusual placement of a light fixture (which was not there when they made the original designs!), and while on site, the guys made a slight, subtle design adjustment so that the light didn't have to be moved. The main office was exceptionally patient with accommodating several changes that ai made to the original plan. I was never meant to feel that I was creating an inconvenience with those changes. A nice thing about working with Caliber is that once a final price is agreed upon, there were no additional charges for adding accessories such as corner shelves, a niche, or a more upscale designed shower head. With most other companies, those items would create additional charges.
