We have also observed multiple care concerns that appear related to insufficient staffing within the facility: * She has been left sitting in soiled briefs for extended periods * She does not appear to be repositioned regularly * When family requests assistance, nurses state that only aides can provide that care, yet aides are not available or responding * Staff frequently appear overwhelmed and unable to meet residents' basic needs promptly I have attempted to address these issues internally by contacting Cat, the Assistant Director of Nursing, through both phone and email. No response has been provided.

It turns out that my concussion and light sensitivity were so bad that they were beyond Dr. Pingree's scope. Dr. Pingree gave me a recommendation for a specialized eye doctor in Wexford, who subsequently sent me to vision therapy (to clarify, vestibular therapy gets your two eyes and brain to work together; vision therapy just gets your two eyes to work together, independent of the brain). Long story short, I completed the vision therapy sessions Dr. Pingree recommended and am now back to her. She said there was no comparison to where I began in April 2016 when we first met to now, February 2017. Complete night and day difference. Dr. Pingree is professional, cordial, and knows what she's doing. I didn't care for her in the beginning when she told me I wasn't allowed to wear sunglasses indoors, but now we laugh about that every single visit; I feel much better. Dr. Pingree is a tough love kind of person; do your exercises no matter how difficult they are, or how dizzy/nauseous they make you feel. She knows what's up and has 10+ years of dealing with difficult clients like me. I don't know why people skip out on her exercises; I mean, I want to be able to see again! LOL Thanks for everything, Dr. Pingree! If I ever go through another car accident, I'll be in touch (hopefully, that doesn't happen)!

Dan and Bill did a tremendous job of assessing my movement patterns and getting me back on track for both running and weightlifting, identifying weakness and determining what we needed to work on to resolve the patterns resulting in hip irritation. They both took the time to independently assess me, to ensure they were both seeing the same thing and could recommend a course of action. Bill gave me a set of exercise to strengthen my glutes, and did a great job explaining the logic and intended outcome of each exercise. I've been there 8 times over 8 months now and I have to say I have never had such a positive experience with a pain clinic. YES they will drug test you at least the first time. And about every 3 months after that. This is common sense. They will also give you a sheet and a chance to list any drug you've taken that you might test positive for, don't lie. Yes, they count your pills at EVERY visit. No they are not okay with you using marijuana. Many pain medications can suppress breathing and marijuana can make that worse. The first doctor I saw made it very clear that he had no problem with marijuana but he did have a problem with mixing it with opiates. Plus it's still mostly illegal here, again use your head. No you will not always see the Dr. but if you really want to, ask to. The first time I went I saw Dr. Mitros, the second time, Dr. Matt Lodico,(I really liked them both) the third time I saw the PA as usual and she asked if I wanted to wait the extra 15 minutes to see the doctor and since nothing was changing I declined. For six months I dealt with the PA Emily she was fantastic but unfortunately she switched to a different office. She referred me to the PA Bree who has also been great. She listens and is honest if she does not know an answer to my question. Another aspect of this office that I like is that the rooms don't have computers, so they actually make eye contact with me and speak to me, that was refreshing. Like any other pain clinic I'm sure that they would like to push procedures. I cannot speak to that because I had been to pain clinics in the past and I've had all the procedures that can help my condition. I am in my early 30s and the other clinics I've been to have had very negative attitudes toward helping me because I'm young. This is the first place that seems to understand your age does not always determine your need for care. It's worth noting, for people unfamiliar with pain clinics, (I've noticed this complaint in other reviews) it's really not their job to diagnose you in any capacity. It is their job to receive the paperwork from your doctor/surgeon and create a care plan for the diagnosis and pain your doctor has told him that you have. Should any of this change I will promptly come back here and amend this review.

According to its website, it provides assessments and treatments for cold, flu, COVID-19, sinus problems, infections, allergies, rashes, migraines, sprains, strains, orthopedic injuries, and more. Days ago, my husband had a bad fall, and he suffered many injuries. He felt concerned about one particular area of his body, so I recommended that he go to an urgent care. He chose this one. He did not complain to me about the employees here. He said that the staff did an x-ray, and their interpretation was that his rib was not fully broken but might be either slightly cracked or bruised. They said that his rib would heal on his own and to take pain medication. The staff also briefly looked at his other injuries and said that he was doing OK and would heal over time.

When I calmly tried to defend my position, she raised her voice at me and yelled "Im not arguing with you." I am an adult patient and I have the right to engage in my care. She seems to think otherwise. Any doctor who tries to steamroll you about your health isn't a good doctor. She seems miserable. She needs to retire.
