Her location was in a quiet and safe place with plenty of parking. Her studio --- and the rest of the building --- was very clean, well kept, and professional. Zhaolin focused only problem areas and provided a deep tissue to go after those trouble spots. I very much appreciated our dialogue and her willingness to focus on restoring my shoulders looseness and functionality. I didn't feel like just another customer, and the massage room had a comfortable, social-friendly vibe. Huge fan! I wish Zhaolin went into business earlier! I highly recommend her for those folks wanting deep tissues in safe, very clean, and wallet-friendly place. Thank you so much Zhaolin!

Service: 4/5 Massage: 4.5/5…read morePrices: 10/5 A recent visit to NY had me seeking a massage from a local spot and was thrilled to have stumbled upon this spot. With their super affordable prices (cash vs card), I booked a 90-min combo massage for $80 (60-min body and 30-min foot) and arrived early in anticipation. They started me off with the foot massage which was divine. It was hands down one of the best foot massages I've had this year. After a brief wait, another masseuse came in and I was asked to turn over so that she could work on my back. Thinking they start off with the back and then finish with the front, I turned over. The back massage, which ended with a hot stone massage, was good. The reason for my 4 stars was not because of the quality of the massage (I enjoyed them and plan on returning) but because I was expecting a full body massage, not just a back massage - and I think that expectation/anticipation made it a bit disappointing for me. Regardless, I'm returning again in January for a full body massage (already booked!) to see whether or not it's a back massage only or the full deal. With the affordability of their prices, should all go well in January, I anticipate I'll be visiting here very frequently, at the very least for one of their top-tier foot massages.

I got a stress fracture in my foot back in late September 2016 due to overtrain and not taking care of myself. During recovery, I began to get treatment from Matt pretty regularly. I have since been getting regular treatment from Matt. I ran a 10k to get back into the game in late November and PR'd by 8 minutes and ran a half marathon in December just 2 minutes shy of my PR. Since then, I PR'd my marathon in April 2017 by over 20 minutes getting me close to a Boston Marathon qualifying time (I am a male and 23 y/o so its 3:05:00 or less). I am using a really tough training plan to train for the summer leading up to Chicago and Matt has been consistently working on me. My legs weren't recovering very well over the past 2 weeks until Matt worked on me. After just 2 sessions, I was able to run my long run Saturday afternoon/evening without pain for the first time in 2 weeks. I will continue receiving treatment from Matt for as long as I can. I am fearful when I graduate as to not finding anyone up to any caliber like him.

We are fairly new to the area so we do not know which establishments are reputable. I used Group on to look up massage facilities, then checked the reviews through Group on and again with Yelp. Natural Therapeutic was at the top of the list. I purchased a Groupon for my husband and I, for 60 Min massage with Cupping. When I called in to make an appointment for the both of us, they only had one masseuse that performed the cupping so I let my husband have that appointment, and they let me do the hot bamboo instead of cupping. We arrived to our appointment and filled out the necessary paperwork, and were pretty much good to go. I wish I remembered the names of our masseuses but my husband had the male masseuse that does the cupping & a nice lady masseuse. Everything was lovely and wonderful for myself, and my husband was very happy when I saw him when were done. My husband has never had a male masseuse, I was wondering if it would be awkward but he said it wasn't and that is was amazing. He was strong and knew what muscles to work, and my husband said it was the best massage he has every had. Regarding the cupping, he didn't really care for it, but the massage was so awesome that he didn't care. We will definitely become regulars here, at least for monthly massages. The pricing is fair, the facility is nice, and the staff is awesome.
