Then, I broke my foot so I ended up settling on something that would cover my unsightly boot. The dress had big balloon sleeves that were extremely long on me and ended with an ugly elastic at the wrist, so I knew I had to do something with them. I own a blouse with similar sleeves that end in a cuff, so I took the blouse with me when I dropped off the dress. Ana is lovely, honest and fair. She explained that it might not be possible to make the sleeves look like the blouse, especially in just a few days, and I appreciated her candor. She charged me a fair price and I left hoping the dress would look as nice as possible. I picked the dress up today and was amazed by how good the sleeves look. She made the cuff look exactly like the ones on the blouse and now it looks like a completely different dress! I am SO grateful to Ana, and will ABSOLUTELY be back! I am very particular about my clothing and get pieces altered often, so if I'm pleased, it says a lot! If you need something tailored, do not hesitate to give Ana a call. The most important dress even had the mark where it was supposed to be cut and had NOTHING DONE to it. The other dress was cut shorter than supposed, nothing done to a skirt and the third dress was cut shorter on the back that the front, so I lost the $300 I paid for it. Had to leave everything there again and not even an apology. Went back and they ruined three dresses one is now shorter on back, the other too short and the other has an uneven front opening. Lost $600 in dresses and they were rude about it!!! Do not go ever!
