He wouldn't even get into a more engaging discussion about the services he offers, how he can help assist us, etc. Instead, he claimed he was "like a doctor" who would diagnose our situation only after we came in and paid the $500 fee. I would not recommend this law firm- he is clearly just out to get fees, take advantage, etc. Last I checked doctors try to help people. I wouldn't go around claiming you are "like a doctor" Jeff.

I'd never owned a home, had no clue how it worked but really lucked out when my realtor suggested John Carrino, Esq. He's had my back from the moment he sent me his cell number at 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning, assuring me I could reach him at any time. Amazing! Since I can't do much because of surgery, knowing this man has had my back just makes my recovery allot easier. I feel so confident and reassured with John Carrino, Esq. as my attorney. I know this for sure because my cousin recently closed on a new house and her buyers attorney was a nightmare. Having a good, knowledgeable attorney makes all the difference in the world. I would highly recommend John Carrino, Esq. If you need an attorney. He travels to you if need be too. You can't beat this guy- he's truly amazing Don think twice- call JOHN. Five stars

I went back to them for selling my property. I would regret this forever. To begin with, I am not a new client, and on the day of closing, he had no clue about my immigration status or SSN/tax details or basic details about my husband. If a title company suggests something, he is supposed to back me up according to my needs, but he failed on it miserably representing me. The cherry on the cake: After all the mess, when I asked him what went wrong, why was he not on the top of the game... his classic response was... a terrible unprofessional word #@!$%&****, you guys got your check, now you may hit the door and never come back into my office. (At the time he had 70+ units). The phrase, Slumlord comes to mind. My 1-bed apartment in New Providence had holes in the floor, broken glass in the windows, broken kitchen sink and infestation of fleas when I moved in. It took pestering him for 3 months before any fixes were made. He and his son showed up one day to look around, and I distinctly remember his son saying "that's fine" when I showed him the big hole in the kitchen floor! At one point during the winter months, the super smelled gas and called PSEG. Turned out the furnace and exhaust was filthy and clogs and PSEG cut the gas to the building until it was fixed. We had no heat for days and only after another tenant called the state after 3 days with no heat did he drop off space heaters for us to use and get someone in to clean the furnace. I moved out after 1 year. This is my personal experience and may not be what other tenants experienced.

Mr. Grey D'Alessandro seems to be good, but very aggressive in handing our case. At times, it felt like we had no choices and he was leading the charge. In my opinion I didn't appreciate the feeling especially since it made us more nervous rather than calm. Other than that, there were clerical mistakes on our paper work and this is what made us decide it wasn't in our best interest to move forward. Overall, we are not sure if it was just a bad day for Grey or if it was his normal behavior, but we opt to find a new lawyer who would guide us in a manner less "Mobster" like.
