When 100 miles away I paid $65 for the same four braids which would be $115 cheaper than what she was trying to charge me had I sat in her chair and let her do my hair at her pace. Any Braider who tells you that they are charging you per hour is putting you in a position to rob you, being that their wage will be based on how long they take, which is very unprofessional business model which is not based on customer satisfaction or consideration of their time, but greed of a company owner & staff for a profit. Idalia was a great stylist in and out of the salon, throughout the process she asked me questions about the products I was using and gave me recommendations on products that would help put my hair back on a much healthier journey. When I was being checkout she gave me her card which had her personal number so if I had any questions I could contact her personally. My hair was all the way down to my tailbone but not healthy at all, it was falling out more than normal, felt brassy and just absolutely disgusting. Now my hair feels healthy and happy.
