I used to have panic attacks going to the dentist but her gently way with me alleviated my fears. I even got my wife to move from her dentist of many years. A life long resident of Escanaba I checked very carefully the reputations of many dentists prior to selecting Dr Eastin. Because of my fear I actually interviewed a few and did find we have many good dentists in town but Dr. Annette's personality won me over. Said I wanted my partial b1 color and my denture pw4. This is what they gave me. Not what I wanted but I sure had to pay for the repeat mistakes and improper patient care. I had to call corporate about this location for the surgeon and his help missing 2 teeth during extraction so I had oral surgery 3 weeks in a row!

I wouldn't expect any service here and don't expect to be treated human cuz the receptionist is not made to be working with the public, she should be in a factory somewhere out of the public eye.
