I am able to get an appointment at a time convenient for me, and the prices are great for the quality received. I've referred others to this business, and they've had great experiences as well. Broder did a simply amazing job on some damaged and dirty rings for someone I referred. I was amazed that he was able to make them look like new! Initially when I saw them in their "before Broder" state, I thought the person might want to just throw them away they were so bad! Now, they don't even look like the same rings- I can't believe they look that good. Broder works wonders and goes above and beyond: my friend went to have the rings resized, but Broder meticulously cleaned them as well! I plan to keep referring, and keep coming back!

Ring 2 was my engagement ring. It is a band with about 20 small diamonds. One of the diamonds had fallen out. He replaced it. Ring 3 was my wedding ring. Since I had 2 other rings with missing stones, I had him strengthen the prongs on the diamond. He finished the repairs very quickly. I am extremely pleased and will bring a pair of earrings that need more secure backing.

All the local engravers, laser and a few diamond drag, said they couldn't do it and they didn't know anyone who could. One suggested I try the bay area. I expanded my search and found Bay Stamp and Engraving. Talking to Paul on the phone, I knew I found the right place. He assured me he understood exactly what I needed and that he had the equipment and experience to do it. It was an hour drive to Vacaville, but worth it. Just when I was about to give up hope that anyone could carve into real brass and not just a thin sheet, Bay Stamp got the job done exactly the way I wanted, even texting me pics of alternate font ideas (which I utilized).

When I received my invoice I saw that I was being charged $5.20 more for each trophy than I was expecting. After pointing this out he tells me that's what I ordered when I gave him an item number. His web site shows same item number for 2 sizes. I had spoke with him before ordering to see if he had the trophy I liked in stock. Im very sure I said which size, he claims I didn't. Either way there was a flaw on his web site and he should have been a better business man and honored the price for the trophy. All he did was offer $20 off. Just not ok & I feel very ripped off! Only reason I even picked up the trophies is because there is no way I was showing up to our team party without trophies for the kids! (Peter Zirkle knew that!) upon picking up my order Peter goes on telling me a big story that "one day I will miss tripping over skateboards and look back and see it's just money!" REALLY?!?!? glad you feel that way taking MY money! 6/12 trophy plaques weren't even attacked to the trophies and just floating around the boxes! Great quality? I think not! Never again will I do business with this man! And I truly hope others see this and take notice! Shady business owner!

They only want to do anything through email, which is fine but we don't work on a computer it's easier to ask questions on the phone. They never can figure out re-prints from previous years they always want you to resend it to them instead of looking it up on their end. The final straw is this year's carbon copy, as you can see from the pictures the only part that needs to change is the calendar and they seemed to shrink that part. Called to talk to manager, employee answered "hello" so when I asked where I was calling they said BR Graphics totally fine I don't need a super welcoming answering of the phone but I wanted to talk to the manager. Called him and left a message last week. Knowing they don't really like phone calls I decided to email manager, info, and graphics as well trying to get someone to get the manager to answer me. Called several times to talk to a manager left several messages. Today I called and finally asked for the owner to call me back. Magically the manager called me back! He was defensive from the start, trying to explain what the difficulties we have been having with the business and he asked "what do you want me to do" "I sent you a sample" you're correct you did send a sample but you can't tell how microscopic you made the calendar part. Anyways, just asked for my images back and we'll be taking our business else where. I'm sorry to see this business go down hill the way that it has. But hopefully one day they will get someone in there that likes what they do and has more of a customer service base than the people currently working there.
