Mid-afternoon, I walked over to Nettoyeur Unique Express, where I was greeted in a friendly manner. I explained my predicament, and was assured it would be no problem. I confessed that I had no idea what proper fit should be, and the woman doing alterations patiently helped determine what needed changing. The people were friendly. What more could you ask for?

I talked to the owner about this when I realized that it was not removed. I was told that this was not a stain but most likely a colour damage. I still appreciate his effort and service.
