They were basically holding my refund hostage in exchange for keeping me as a patient. I again said that I wouldn't be coming back and they kept my refund. Bottom line. They don't care about you as a person or patient. They want to keep you coming back so they can continue to bill you. Even when what they do isn't covered by your insurance.

The dentist assistant drowning me with water while my tooth was being drilled and then me having to wait so long for her to suction said water that I was swallowing it? Whichever I could start with I can say the last straw was the dentist assistant doing part of the procedure that required water and her getting said water in my hair and down my neck. When I went into the office I wasn't in pain, but 15 hours later I am now. I ended up leaving with the temp crown only because I have zero confidence in them.

They were understanding at first but because I would be under twilight anesthesia for 7 or more hours this posed additional concerns... For instance about the anathesiologist and who would be monitoring me while I am under and even more importantly what kind of plan do they have in place if unforseen complications were to occur. It turns out they do not have a anesthesiologist on staff, never answered the question of if a dedicated and qualified staff member would watch over me and what plan do they in case of emergency... They just ghosted me and stopped taking my calls and responding to emails afterwards., I no longer hold them in high esteem, it's all about the money and prestige but I caution whoever go there for procedures like implants to due your due diligence and ask these hardball questions and note their response.... What should have taken 3 minutes probably took me 15, but they didn't make me feel uncomfortable, hurried or rushed. They they took their time to make sure I was comfortable and then proceeded with a comprehensive exam, and then took the time to explain the findings. Cheryl was the best hygienist I've ever had! She was a complete pro. Looking at my teeth, she identified some problem habits I didn't even realize I had, such as walking around while brushing my teeth, instead of doing it while standing still. Jamie at check out was friendly and polite, and helped me get my records in order for a move out of state.
