I went to Jacksonville party store to try their homemade pizzas. I was not only disappointed in the pizza, but the people that work there as well. Now to be fair, I've been there three separate occasions, hoping that it would be something that I'd like. And all three occasions, the pizza was Bland. Twice it was undercooked and once it was overcooked. The worst part, however was the way the people treat you. They're just not friendly at all. All three times I felt the staff was extremely rude. You're standing at the counter, waiting for them to come serve you and take your order and they just stand there and keep shooting the breeze with each other. When they do finally take your order, they act like it's a big chore. They're not courteous and they didn't once thank me for my business in the three times that I went. I'll never return. read more

This place has great customer service, delicious food, and is conveniently located by the fairgrounds. We have never had a bad take-out meal here since our first visit. Please give them a try. You won't be disappointed! read more

This place for one needs to have better customer service. Have it stated clearly not behind the counter on a shelf behind rolls of chewing tobacco that they charge extra for using a card. I ordered pocket pizza with no sauce and they didn't put cheese in it. Not once but 3 times. I would have call back up there and have them remake it and wait and go back up there. Well this last time i thought i would order pizza with no sauce with pepperoni & green Olives. Well they put green peppers on it instead of green olives. Plus argued with me on the phone..they remade my pizza put maybe 6 pepperoni on it and covered it with green olives!! I gave them enough benefit of the boubt enough times this was the final straw!! read more

Don't ever drive past this place and not get one of their grinders! I would never waste my time rating a convenience store if it weren't for the food that comes out of this place. There is no need to drive into town if you are looking for quick lunch or dinner. Get the booze and grinders and get on the river. read more
