I haven't been to a fair in years! I was pleasantly surprised. Of course there was the typical amusement rides and carnival food. But what surprised me was the cleanliness of the fairgrounds, the layout which included plenty of picnic tables for families to sit and eat or enjoy the music. I admit, I went there in such of a unique food item, something that I'd never had. I found it! If I was stranded on an island and I could only have one food item it would be peanut butter. So, when I found a deep fried Reese's I thought I hit the jackpot! But...it was okay, nothing great. Couldn't even taste the peanut butter. Check that off my bucket list.

This is my first time to the Jacksonville agricultural fair since 2002. Long story short it is my last. Either I've gotten older or I just remembered it being bigger not sure which. It was interesting that they had duplicate rides in such a small area. The cost is exorbitant for what you're getting. You've got people who are forking out money right and left for rides and ring toss. The food is every cardiologist dream, a walking heart attack! The weather I will say I was perfect not a cloud in the sky and definitely not too hot. The steps were great but I don't know if I would pay $10 to get in again.

Came here for the the Jacksonville Fair, this was my second one, last year it rained as I was a new comer to Jax. We got on a few rides with the aid of the Mega Pass. I even had a deep fried oreo cookies. They were tasty but I don't need them in my life constantly. The crowd was nice and we also parked close and it was affordable.

Fun times at the Jacksonville fair. This was my first time ever going and I really enjoyed it. It's filled with crazy Fair food (deep fried butter anyone?) games, rides, over priced beer and cute animals! There were a variety of shows, all for kids and kids-at-heart. The live music was awesome and BurgerFi/Pinot's Palette made a welcomed appearance in sponsoring a wine and beer tasting. That really made our day! Super cool people;can't wait to check them out at the town center. Overall the fair is a good place to spend a sunny fall afternoon. I was not a big fan of an entrance fee, but on Sundays it's BOGO! So I didn't mind ;)

This place had a showing of tubs, windows, plants, and kitchen items. They also had free samples and items to tryout.

You can get fried anything from this vendor! I had fried Oreos.

If you're looking for something truly unique in Jacksonville, The Cove Social Club is such a hidden…read moregem! Located in a 101-year-old building that used to be an A&P grocery store, this space perfectly blends history, creativity, and community. I love that so much of the original architecture has been preserved -- and the fact that it was designed by a woman architect back in the day makes it even more special. The Cove offers so much: daily coffee service, cooking and cake-decorating classes in "The Lab," yoga and meditation on Wellness Wednesdays, Social Sundays focused on mindfulness and connection, and even Art & Wine nights where you can sip, snack, and paint while listening to live music. They're also about to open Sticks & Stones, a private cigar club next door that will be available to members -- it's going to be such a great addition to the experience. The next membership cohort begins November 1st, and spots are limited to just 150 members to keep things community-focused and personal. They also host networking events, lectures, and business education workshops, so it's a great mix of social and professional. Whether you come for a coffee, an event, or to meet new people, The Cove Social Club is one of those places that makes you feel instantly connected and inspired.

Such a RED FLAG! Before we signed our contract, it was Clay who was the venue manager at the time and he was incredible. Six months prior, I reached out with a question then was shared that Andrea was the new venue manager. Two months before the wedding Andrea had such poor communication and there were changes with the venue offerings that were not shared with me until I asked for certain furniture but found they didn't offer those items any more. Such another huge red flag on your end as a venue to not even reach out to me to discuss or apologize for your horrible venue manager, Andrea, for her behavior DURING my wedding at The Glass Factory. Within minutes of leaving the ceremony with my husband Andrea barges into the room about a problem with one of my guests. Andrea shared that my guest was unhappy that she was not let in for the ceremony when I in fact instructed all vendors to allow entry for guests during my ceremony but to leave them in the back inside of the venue near the entry door. My family friend missed the ENTIRE ceremony and Andrea was so loud and disruptive during my first alone time with my husband. RED FLAGS. I asked Andrea for her to apologize to my guest and she said no. My husband had to tell her she needed to leave the room because she was causing me so much anxiety and I was on the brink of tears because she was stressing me out so much. Attached you'll find information sent from my coordinator to all vendors which included Andrea the venue manager for the Glass Factory in Jacksonville, FL. My wedding was in early March and the venue was fairly warm as well. Very unique venue but if I could do my wedding all over again, I wish I could have chosen a different venue due to my experience with Andrea and The Glass Factory. I beg you to never get married here!!!!

Ana was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that every detail enhanced the experience for our guests and honored the brave stories behind each artistic creation.
