What I have come to realize is that if you are a customer that has questions, about the service and/or the bill you receive (which was my case on both occasions) and they can not substantiate your concerns - you are not the kind of customer they want to do business with! If you just stay quiet and pay your bill - you can be a customer for life! I was accused of being "extremely rude" to the young woman that answers the phone when I questioned the schedule and the additional bill I received for service provided. Despite the fact that they acknowledged the amount of business generated from the beauty of my lawn in my previous neighborhood, they are incapable of having a reasonable conversation to answer the billing question I had. In the long run - they've done me a huge favor as I have a service provider that values their customers asking questions and being involved! I decided to write this review as I have heard from another customer they were treated the same way, and people should not tolerate this when you are paying top dollar for a service! Arbor Care provides a good service, at a premium price, but their customer service is horrible if they feel challenged. Because of this repeated poor attitude I rate them a 2 star.

They managed to take down this monster tree a piece at a time without getting on or damaging the neighbor's property or mine. And the price was only $1,200, that was $1,800 less than the larger local company Sussex Tree, an amazingly good deal! They came within a couple days of my first call, on time, to price the job, then came back a few days later to accomplish the work. They had a crew of three, a big chipper, a big truck, and a small truck and did the work in about two hours. I asked them to leave me some cut up branches as firewood and they did that for me.
