I was told by employees that they were "not allowed" to contact the manager (Bill) on his days off and I would have to wait for him to call me when he returned to the store the following Monday (today). I spoke with Bill today and he was indifferent to the situation or lack of follow through that is generally expected of a manager in charge. He laughed at how difficult the process of obtaining a refund is and told me contact him "if nothing happens." I've been an extremely loyal customer for the last 15 years because of close the store is to my home. Customer loyalty used to be important to businesses but it's overwhelming obvious this is no longer the case with store #542.
