I stopped by their shop in White Oak and asked if they would make a house call to diagnose and fix whatever my issue was. I was trying to fix an electrical issue with my trailer lights when I lost power to my truck as well. I placed a call and spoke with Brandy. She was very pleasant and did ask me if I had checked all of the fuses before connecting me with a mechanic, Larry. They provided me with the hourly rate and trip charge. They are reasonably priced and provided me with an ETA for the mechanics arrival. Once he arrived, he was a very pleasant gentleman that took time to answer my questions and explain what the issue could be. After his troubleshooting, Larry was able to find the issue, correct it, and repair the trailer light issue that I was trying to fix to begin with. I would definitely recommend this company for their service, timeliness, and attention to detail. Hopefully, I won't have too many other issues, but if I do, they will be first on my list to call.

Still stuck on the side of the service road Aaron removed the alternator then traveled to the auto parts store to have it tested. When it was determined we needed a new alternator he purchased it brought it back to us and installed it. We were back on the road. I would recommend him to anyone needing service. Thank you Aaron!
