We have…read moreused him to repair and handle maintenance on over 15-20 of our fleet with almost no reason to ever return for an issue. His service record with us is stellar thanks to his honesty and fair price. Trust me when I share that as the daughter of a shade tree mechanic and sister of a certified ford and diesel mechanic I check everything out even prior to a mechanic lifting the hood. Too many people like to only write bad reviews. Take the time to prepare yourself and have knowledge of your vehicle and parts- you can only be a victim of your own lack of knowledge. Owning as many vehicles as us may place us at an unfair advantage but I would trust Scott with any of our cars and that says a lot considering they are our income and we trust that any repair is handled professionally, correctly and doesn't leave our chauffeurs with a client stranded. We can't say this about several other mechanics we have used over the last 10 years. Scott may be a bit brash but he is true to his word and knows his business.

And we only live 10 minutes from there! Also lost the key to the truck and ask us to call a locksmith as if we were going to pay for it?? Thank goodness we had another key at home! When we called to tell them it was running hot- they were very rude and did not really want to work on the truck again-their mechanics do not know what they are doing! Dont go there! We took it to another mechanic and told him the story- he told us what was wrong with truck and told us to take it back to the shop for them to fix it and he said they overcharged by about $500- so we took the truck back and the owner got mad because we told him what the mechanic said-he turned his back on us walking away- so unprofessional! They finally fixed the truck but the time lost from work and having to rent a car - they are a RIP OFF!

I took my truck there because it was skipping. They had my truck for 3 months with me checking on it every week. I was told it would be fixed by the end of the week every time I went in. I was told there was a problem getting a part however when I called the distributor I was told there was a one day turnaround and no delays due to COVID. After 3 months of being lied to, I went in and found my truck behind the shop in total disarray. Many parts had been removed and thrown in the back of the truck which had about 3 inches of rain water in it. There were also greasy parts thrown inside my truck on my leather seats. I immediately left and called a tow truck to remove my truck. I returned to the shop and told Mr. Allen, owner, that I was removing my truck. Upon hearing that I was removing my truck; one of his employees began swearing and throwing tools around the shop. Mr. Allen was 3 feet from myself and his employee yet he never intervened or stopped his employee. There were other customers who witnessed this outburst. Because of the violent outburst and behavior of the employee, I waited next door for the tow truck and removed my truck. I took it to Halls Bridge Automotive and was told that it was so destroyed that it would cost over $1,000 just to replace the parts that had been thrown in the back of the truck and inside. Even if I would have paid to have it put back together; there was no way of knowing what else had been damaged and the cost were likely to be several thousand of dollars. My truck was destroyed and had to be sold for salvage. I filed and won a lawsuit against Mr. Allen and this business in October 2020 in Butts County. Despite having a judgement Mr. Allen has not paid the judgment or attempted to make payment arrangements. I now have a lien on this business and personal property. I plan to pursue having his business license suspended until my judgment is paid. I would expect a business owner would have more integrity.
