The new receptionist, Paula, was not very helpful and she lacked appropriate customer service skills. Paula recently replaced the original receptionist who retired after decades of service. Paula was unable to tell me the day when oil would be delivered to my house so that I would be able to make arrangements with my employer to be home for the delivery. She explained that I could just leave cash or a check at my house for the driver to pick up whenever he was going to make it there in the next 2 weeks or so. This just seemed unreasonable to me. I would think there would be some way to know when, approximately, the oil delivery would occur. There were a few other issues which I discussed with Paula, but she continued to be difficult and borderline rude. As a result, I will never order my heating oil from this company again. I will also hire another HVAC contractor to install ductless units into my house this spring. Leighow Oil Company should fire their new receptionist!

The Gutter Nutz do great work. Its that simple. If you're looking for professional, reliable and…read moremore than competitive priced gutter services, call these guys. First off They return calls, unlike many other contractors as we know. Secondly their prices for cleaning my 180 ft of gutters was under $170. And then their price to completely install new gutters was almost half of one bid, the beat the closest by $400. They were punctual and courteous. Honestly, I'd absolutely use these guys again, If I buy a new home that needs gutters. If you live in Williamsport area and are looking for new gutters, you'd be foolish not to call them at least for an estimate.

Over that period, the local Buffalo Valley Telephone Service was sold to an out-of-state telephone service who closed the Lewisburg office and the service deteriorated to the point that I had to leave. I was afraid the same would happen to Citizen's Electric. But it didn't happen, so I'm still with it. I use automatic withdrawal to pay my bills. The price has soared since governor Rendell deregulated power in Pennsylvania, promising that prices would drop, but I have no complaints. A tree fell against the power line last year causing a major outage. When I called to report it. I got the usual semi-informative recording. But a half hour later the power to our house was restored. I found out from the repair crew that came out lo clear the tree away, Thea what Citizen's had done temporarily was to switch us to a different sector of the network. I couldn't have expected more from a company 100 times bigger.
