My buddy had not had his nails clipped in years and he always freaked out when we tried. I found it necessary to get creative with some logistical plans and unfortunately sending a clone of myself to get things done wasn't an option. That's where Roy came in! We are excited to host thanksgiving dinner in our TN home, however, we are going to be arriving the night before . The thought of flying across the country with our dog and my mom, having a 2.5 hour drive from Nashville to Knoxville AND then doing all the shopping for the meal, the food prep ect....just really sounded like ALOT! I discussed my idea for a plan with Roy about 2 weeks in advance. I placed an online pick up order for groceries and the Sunday before Thanksgiving Roy picked up the order , drove it 45 min away to our home , put the perishables in the fridge and arranged the pantry items on the counter. It feels so good to know we are going to arrive with that big task already taken care of. Roy and I chatted on the phone as well as text and through those communication I felt really good about him being a nice, intelligent and dependable guy. The cost of his service was IMO reasonable and fair. I've always been a fan of creative entrepreneurs and I hope this review helps send Roy some more business. If I could give him 6 stars I would!

Camille is such a naturally compassionate person - I really enjoyed getting to know her and felt that she bonded with my two senior cats right away. I have moved to different neighborhoods and so have experienced different dog walkers during my time with the company. The walkers are arranged by neighborhood rather than individual - so if you move you will most likely get a different walker. They have uniform shirts that they can wear during your dog walks. I have had only one issue with one of the walkers that I had assigned to me, which was resolved swiftly by management. All of the walkers are bonded & insured. They send text updates with updates during their visit. Cancellation policy is fair and you have the ability to tip your walker.
